The Gallery at Oregon Society of Artists is celebrating all forms of oil media! From pastels to paints, cold wax, encaustic, and oil-based inks, oil media provides a wealth of luscious colors, textures, and surfaces for the artists’ repertoire. Throughout history, oil media have changed the course of art, offering artists endless possibilities for expression and technique and yielding some of art’s most beloved masterpieces. The Fall Oil Juried Exhibition was juried by Jennifer Mark.

About Jenny
Mark is a Portland-based professional artist who has designed and created over 80 art installations in hospitals, hotels, and corporate spaces across Oregon. Her work has been featured and auctioned on cruise ships around the world as well as local galleries. In addition to conducting creative workshops around Portland, Mark is also an accomplished outdoor mural painter, community arts advocate and a creative consultant.
