The theme of this show is art that celebrates the diversity of cultures both in the artists who show their work and the subject matter of our art. While all our shows are open to artists of all races, gender identity, orientation, and religions, this show is meant to reflect Portland’s diverse community. It is a showcase of artwork about diverse cultures both internationally and domestically. Artists were free to depict subject matter from other countries and themes of our diverse domestic cultures. We hope to present a forum that promotes goodwill and understanding in an environment that is too often polarized and divided.
